  The Company and the Clients irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Seychelles.
• บริษัทมีสิทธิ์ใช้บริการล่ามระหว่างการพิจารณาคดีของศาลในกรณีที่ต้องเผชิญกับสถานการณ์ที่น่าสงสัยตามกฎหมายของสาธารณรัฐเซเชลส์
  The Company shall be entitled to use the interpreter's’ services during the court trial in case of dealing with disputable situation according to the legislation of the Republic of Seychelles.
• ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของข้อตกลงนี้ ตลอดจนเนื้อหาใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อตกลง รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงการตีความและ/หรือข้อพิพาทจะอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของสาธารณรัฐเซเชลส์
  The terms and conditions of this Agreement as well as any matters pertaining to this agreement, including without limitation to matters of interpretation and/or disputes, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
• 5.6 ในกรณีของความล้มเหลว ที่จะบรรลุข้อตกลงผ่านการเจรจา และการติดต่อภายใน 3 เดือน นับจากวันที่เริ่มต้นของข้อพิพาทการพิจารณาต่อไป จะถูกนำไปแก้ตัวได้ตามกฎหมาย ของสาธารณรัฐ เซเชลส์
  5.6. In case of failure to reach an agreement through negotiations and correspondence within 3 (three) months from the date of the initiation of a dispute its further consideration will be directed towards the justifiability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
